- Wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are located in the entrance hall on the first floor.
There is a powder room and baby change room in the women's restroom.

- Coin lockers are located near the north exit of the Seaside Gate on the first floor.

- In the entrance hall on the 1st floor, there is a "Momochi Map" that gives information about tourist attractions around Fukuoka Tower and a "Fukuoka Wide Area Map" that gives information about the wider Fukuoka area.
