There are restaurants on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor of the observation deck. For details, please see the Shop / Restaurant page.

- I want to go to Sky Cafe & Dining Refuge. Do I need a ticket?

Yes. Tickets are also required to use Sky Cafe & Dining Refuge. To get to Refuge, go to the top floor first and take the stairs to the floor below.

- Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Please note that food and drinks are not allowed to be brought to the Observation Deck.

- Is it possible to re-enter the Observation Deck?

No. Re-entry is not allowed.

- How can I get to the Observation Deck? What floor should I get off?

The elevator attendant will take you to the top floor. Please go to the SKY Port after purchasing your ticket.

- Is there a limit to how long I can stay at the Observation Deck?

There is no time limit.

- Is there a bathroom at the Observation Deck?

No there isn't. Please use the bathroom on the 1st floor in the entrance hall before you go to the Observation Deck.
(There is also a bathroom at Refuge on the second floor of the Observation Deck. Restaurant guests can use this bathroom).

- Can I bring pets into the Observation Deck?

You will not be allowed to enter (even if you are in a cage).

- Can assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs) be brought into the Observation Deck?

You may enter.

- What are the souvenir shop opening hours?

Hakata Souvenirs Hakata Denya Business Hours from 10:00 to 20:00.

- Is there a car park? What are the charges?

There is. There is a first parking lot and a second parking lot, and a maximum of 81 cars can be parked.
There is a charge for parking.

- Where can I see the illuminations from?

You can see the illuminations well a short distance from the tower
They cannot be seen from the sea side.

- Are there any coin lockers?

Coin lockers are located in the entrance hall on the 1st floor.
The coin lockers sizes are: small 398mm high× 357mm wide × 453mm deep - 200 yen, large 802mm high × 357mm wide × 513mm deep - 400 yen.

- Can we rent wheelchairs and strollers?

You can loan wheelchairs and strollers for free. Please ask at the ticket counter.

- Is there a place to change diapers or breastfeed?

There is a nursing room in the female toilet in the entrance hall on the 1st floor.

- How long does it take to look around the tower?

It depends on the number of people and how busy it is on the day, but we recommend you allow about 45 minutes.

- Is there a smoking area?

There is no. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

- Please tell me how to get to Momochi Beach.

Exit by the north entrance of Fukuoka Tower and go up the stairs in front of you to access Momochi Beach. You can not enter the wedding hall.

- Does the floor of the Observation Deck rotate?

No. It does not.
